UNCONSTRAINED CAPITAL FORUM
2025

THE UNCONSTRAINED EDGE: OPTIONALITY, PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE

In a landscape shaped by shifting borders, blurred asset classes and unpredictable cash needs, traditional portfolio rules may be losing relevance.

The Unconstrained Capital Forum brings together decision-makers from family offices, foundations, private banks, UHNW groups and endowments to explore how flexible capital can be a strategic advantage—including when deployed through private market strategies that demand patience, precision and adaptability.  With new opportunities also comes new challenges, however.

At the Forum to follow, we’ll unpack the real-world challenges of liquidity planning, global allocation and purpose-aligned investing, while also opening the door to niche and emerging opportunities across private credit, real assets, secondaries and beyond.

Attendance, transfers, accommodation, meals and the optional golf day are complimentary for representatives from family offices, foundations, private banks, UHNW groups and endowments. If you wish to attend, please complete the form via the button below.

The Forum adheres to the same rules and principles that govern all CII events:

  • High level of delegate interactivity, with table discussion and Q&A a cornerstone of each session

  • Intimate in nature, with a total room size of approx. 50-60 delegates

  • No media in attendance and we maintain no media arm

  • No marketing/pitching by presenters

  • Chatham House Rule

  • A strict and limited cap on Fund Manager attendance, with a ratio of at least 2 LPs to every 1 GP
